Terms for this website

Last updated 31 July 2026. These terms cover this information website. A dealership project starts only after both sides approve a written proposal and service agreement.

Published prices

The Basic, Pro and Max prices shown on this website apply to the standard scope listed for each package. Custom features, additional inventory, third-party subscriptions and legally applicable taxes are identified before work starts.

Starting and launching a project

The standard payment structure is 50% to reserve the project and begin work, then 50% after approval of the private preview and before the production domain is connected. The agreed build period starts after the deposit, signed scope and complete usable material are received.

What controls the project

The signed proposal and service agreement control the exact pages, inventory allowance, languages, revisions, training, support, payment dates, ownership, privacy responsibilities and offboarding. This website is not itself a binding quotation.

Ownership

The dealer keeps ownership of its domain, logo, approved photos and vehicle data. Interlude keeps ownership of its pre-existing software platform, reusable components and know-how. The signed agreement explains the licence, access and export process.

What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee a particular Google position, number of enquiries, sales result or uninterrupted third-party service. We do commit to the work, testing and support specifically listed in the signed agreement.

Client-supplied material

A client must have permission to use the names, logos, photos and copy it supplies, and remains responsible for the accuracy of vehicle prices, mileage, specifications, history and other sales claims.
